workshop preview

Rock Star Belly Pics by Isabel March
I think I have been on the opposite side of the camera more in the last 9 months than I have in a VERY long time!
I just had the wonderful opportunity of taking these Rock Star pics with Isabel . Our baby is due literally any day
now (hence me not posting a lot lately) but you can look forward to lots of pics of our own sweet newborn very soon!

On May 2nd JPP shot a wedding with Isabel March! It was a wonderful learning experience (oh and absolutely exhausting!) Thank you so much Isabel for giving me this wonderful opportunity!

Wedding Pictures by Isabel March
Rick and I got married on September 26, 2008 and this has been a long time coming! I want to share with you some of my favorite photos from that day! My hair was done by the lovely Stacy at my favorite salon Seychelles salon - at the encouragment of my hubby I did my own makeup!
The catering was done by Karen Smith (she doesn't have a website but she is AMAZING - call me if you need her info!) The flowers were done by Norma Strothers (she doesn't have a website either but again call me if you need her info!) The fabulous cupcake cake was made by Debbie Bowen - (again no website but call me she is fab!)!
The wedding planner was Beth Powell MacKenzie - Beth got married in December and she and I were able to trade services so she was a fabulous helper at my wedding and then I was able to help her with hers! For all of you brides out there I HIGHLY recommend this!
Our wedding was held at Curtis Hall and it was a fabulous location at a VERY affordable price!
Isabel March was our photographer and she is amazing! She took so many wonderful pictures of our wedding and it was really hard to pick just a few to show you!

Time for Some Big Thank Yous!
I just want to take a few moments to say a few thank yous. First I want to say thank you to everyone that came out to the opening of the exhibit tonight! It was great to have everyone there to support me!
I would like to thank my family for letting me take millions of pictures of them at every holiday and family function for just about my entire life!
I would also like to thank all of the clients that I have photographed so far! I have learned so much from each of you and it has been a pleasure to work with each of you! I would also like to say thank you to all of the families that I will photograph in the future!
I also want to thank two photographers that I have learned so much from since I began this adventure that I call Jennifer Parke Photography. Both of these ladies always make themselves available to answer my questions and to offer much needed advice! I just wanted you -
Isabel March and Caitlin Domanico !!! Isabel and Caitlin to know how much I appreciate all of your advice!
Finally I want to thank my husband - he is so patient and helpful. Being an entrepreneur is very new to me - and there are times that can't even believe that I would add something as crazy as trying to run my own business to my already overflowing schedule! My husband is very patient even when I have my camera in his face - he is always willing to help with whatever project I come up with - I hope that he knows just how much I appreciate everything that he does to help me!
