Sometimes I just can't help myself and I have to share the photos I take of Rickey. Some might call it torture but I think he really likes when I take his picture! (And yes I do take at least one picture everyday) Everyday I look at him and see how much he has grown. He learns new things everyday and I still think he is absolutely amazing! Doylestown Baby Photographer - Drayson's Story

Sarah adopted baby Drayson and she has an amazing story of sacrifice and love to tell as a result of that. Adoptive families have a very special place in my heart and I am so excited to share these photos with you!

Officially A Toddler

Rickey is just as excited about turning one as I am! He has been so busy learning to walk and talk that I can barely keep up with him. But here they are (finally) a few pictures from Rickey's One Year Old Session....

My angel baby I love you more than I ever could have imagined and I have treasured every single moment watching you grow. I can not even believe how fast this year has gone. Every day you do something new and super exciting. Yesterday it was walking around Target and sitting through story time; today it was oinking like a pig and walking all around the park. I can't wait to see what tomorrow holds! I hope that every year of your little life is as happy and as healthy (and as full of photos) as this first year has been. Thank you for being my inspiration, and my little model and for being ever so patient when I want to take just one more picture.

Growing Up

It has taken me a long time to decide how/what to write about Rickey's first Birthday. This year has been completely amazing and I had no idea how much I would love being a mama! My little tiny baby has grown into a walking talking toddler.

Every day he does something new and exciting, and everyday he grows further and further from being that brand new baby. He is growing so fast that his room isn't even a nursery anymore - it is quickly growing into a big boy room. I wanted to capture some of the changes as they are unfolding in his room. So from baby to big boy...

Rickey is 11 MONTHS OLD!

I can't even believe that my baby is almost 1! He turned 11 months old yesterday and he is not taking 5 steps at a time! Watch out world!

Jennifer Parke Photography ~ 2010 That's A Wrap!

This has been an amazing year I have learned so much and I have gained some *AMAZING* new clients!

2010 started like this -

Then this sweet little man came into our lives on January 27 2010 at 1:27pm and I fell more in love than I ever thought possible - When my son was born my photography took a back seat in my life and a front seat at the same time. My business came to a screeching halt but at the same time I have had my camera with me almost every second of every day since that little guy was born! And I have had more impromptu photo sessions than I ever thought possible. He is super patient and now he even tries to take the camera and snap some shots of his own! We have also been training Daddy how to use the camera because I have also learned the importance of being in front of the camera and not just behind it.

I have learned that knowing what the rules are is important but that sometimes it's ok to break them. I've also learned that as a mom and a personal you can only do so much and that you just have to do the best that you can. I might not be "Super Mom" and maybe I can't do it all but I love being a mom and I think I do a great job. I could not be the mom or the photographer that I am without the support of my friends and family.
