I recently had the opportunity to photograph a boot camp class with Resolution Fitness. I was totally inspired! This class was a pretty mixed group and everyone seemed able to do this workout and get a lot out of it! If you are looking for a great workout with out having to join a gym I highly recommend that you check out Resolution Fitness
